Focusing on the theme "From Field to Table: Healthy and Safe Food," Ceylan highlighted the nutritional benefits of pulses and their low environmental impact. She expressed that World Pulses Day on February 10th presents an opportunity to raise awareness of this valuable food group and increase its consumption.
