According to the statement from the Kütahya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry regarding the matter, "It has been reported that the Soil Conservation Board has conducted necessary fieldwork in Şaphane and Simav districts within the framework of the Soil Conservation and Land Use Law. In line with the Soil Conservation and Land Use Law, the Soil Conservation Board has carried out essential fieldwork in our province to determine the scientific principles of land and soil resources, classify lands technically, establish land use plans correctly, and evaluate the societal, economic, and environmental dimensions of the process through participatory methods. This is aimed at preventing non-purposeful and incorrect use of agricultural lands, and creating methods to protect environmental lands in areas where they can be utilized. The Soil Conservation Board has fulfilled its duties and responsibilities in Şaphane and Simav districts by conducting necessary fieldwork.
