Producers, who described this year as the golden age of the bean market, mentioned that the prices initially caused concern but then brought joy. They expressed that they would be even happier if the market continues in this manner.
"Our prices are very, very good."
Bean producer Recep Yetgin noted that both the yield and prices of beans are very good, saying, "Currently, the price of beans ranges between 65 and 70 TL. Our prices are very, very good; we are sending our beans to Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir."
Market vendor Ahmet Müslihan said, "I come from Istanbul; this is Şuhut district in Afyonkarahisar. We purchase beans here every year. This year, beans are experiencing a golden age. We are buying beans for 70 TL this year."
