The frying oils in businesses in Ortaca have undergone inspection

Food Control officers from the Ortaca District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate simultaneously inspected the frying oils used in businesses, following the instructions of the General Directorate of Food and Control.

It was stated that the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry in Muğla, together with district directorates, initiated an inspection mobilization for fast-food production and sales establishments throughout Muğla. In this context, the Ortaca District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate inspected the frying oils used in businesses in Ortaca. Teams measuring the reliability and quality of frying oils conducted inspections, taking samples from establishments and sending them to the laboratory for necessary analyses. The announcement emphasized that inspections for healthy and safe food will continue.
