The Erzurum Women's Cooperative, in accordance with the contract made with support from KUDAKA, will sell honey through e-commerce.
The support contract for the project named 'Rising Regional Brand with Technical Support: balistegelsin.com', approved within the scope of the 2024 Technical Support Program and to be implemented by the Erzurum Women's Cooperative, has been signed.
Zeynep Şekerdağ Polat, the Chairperson of the Erzurum Women's Cooperative, stated that within the framework of the technical support project approved by the Northeast Anatolia Development Agency (KUDAKA), an e-commerce website, www.balistegelsin.com, has been established within the cooperative. She said, 'The qualities of honeys will reach customers through e-commerce, and a regional brand will be established in e-commerce. E-commerce, which is the most important component of the constantly growing digital economy's share in the world's GDP, is also an important tool contributing significantly to local and regional development. With our project, we will ensure that women in our region become a driving force in regional development through e-commerce. During this process, I would like to express my gratitude to Oktay Güven, the Secretary-General of KUDAKA, for his interest and support.'
