In Beşiri, 12,000 almond and pistachio saplings were given to farmers

In Batman's Beşiri district, coordinated by the district governorate and the forestry directorate, 12,000 free almond and Antep pistachio saplings were distributed to citizens who requested them.

Speaking at the sapling distribution program organized by the Batman Governorate, Beşiri District Governorate, Batman Forestry Directorate, and Beşiri District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate, Governor Muhammed Yılmaz stated that Beşiri district will soon become the center of long-lasting fruit cultivation. Yılmaz said, 'There is no prosperity and development without production, and I am pleased to contribute to an activity that will be the basis for production. I thank everyone involved in this meaningful project and our valuable farmers.'

At the program, approximately 150 farmers who requested saplings were given 12,000 pistachio and almond saplings by Governor Muhammed Yılmaz and District Agriculture and Forestry Director Dilan Oğrak.
