Due to economic conditions, Kuşadası Municipality, which provides support to local producers going through difficult times, has decided to provide material support to honey producers operating in Güzelçamlı, following the fishermen.

As part of the support provided to alleviate the economic difficulties faced by local producers following the assumption of office by Mayor Ömer Günel, material support will also be provided to beekeepers operating in Güzelçamlı Neighborhood. At the regular meeting of Kuşadası Municipal Council in March, upon the proposal submitted by CHP municipal council members Seyfi Seyhan Suvari, Funda Şenol, and Emre Fazlılar, it was decided to supply a total of 272 pieces of equipment to 34 honey producers operating under the Güzelçamlı Beekeepers Association and Muhtar Beekeeping House. According to the decision, each honey producer will receive five hives, a pair of gloves, a smoker, and a mask."
