In Çamlıhemşin, 1,000 fruit saplings and 300 horse seeds were distributed

In Çamlıhemşin district of Rize, a seminar on fruit tree planting and horse seed cultivation was organized by the Mekader Association and village headmen of Mekaleskirt. The seminar, attended by Prof. Dr. Turan Yüksek, former Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University (RTEÜ), and horse seed cultivator Emine Eksilmez Terzi, provided valuable insights. Halil Kosanoğlu, the President of Mekader Association, stated that they obtained a total of one thousand fruit saplings including apple, pear, mandarin, and date from Yalova district through Çamlıhemşin Agricultural Chamber. Additionally, they procured 300 horse seeds from their region. After a two-hour seminar conducted by experts in the village, all participants were provided with fruit saplings and horse seeds. Kosanoğlu emphasized the significance of the project academically and socially. The seminar and distribution of fruit saplings saw a significant turnout from various villages in the district, with a total of one thousand fruit saplings and 300 horse seeds distributed among the 300 attendees.

Support for farmers in Keçiören: 205 thousand seedlings distributed

The Keçiören Municipality distributed 205,000 free seedlings consisting of tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers to 410 farmers operating in the district to support and enhance agricultural production. Vegetable seedlings cultivated in a greenhouse owned by the Keçiören Municipality in the Ovacık neighborhood were provided to farmers. Distribution of vegetable seedlings to farmers engaged in agricultural production in the Sarıbeyler, Kösrelik, Çalseki, and Güzelyurt villages was carried out with the participation of Keçiören Deputy Mayors Atila Zorlu and Selçuk Karadağ. Each of the 410 farmers received 200 tomato and pepper seedlings, and 100 cucumber seedlings. Adana breeders receive 76 million TL support

In the framework of the support provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to breeders, a total payment of 3 billion 870 million 17 thousand 622 Turkish Lira will be transferred to the accounts of 389,765 producers today. As part of the payments to breeders in Adana, 3,695 enterprises will receive a total payment of 33 million 679 thousand 400 TL for the Parent Sheep and Goat Support, 2,514 enterprises will receive a total payment of 17 million 499 thousand 400 TL for the Herd Renewal Support, and a total payment of 25 million 75 thousand 480 TL will be made for 434,920 beehives in 2,146 enterprises for Beehive Support. Additionally, 1 producer will receive 1,200 TL for Breeding Queen Bee Production support, 9 individuals will receive 27,000 TL for Waste Support, and 2 enterprises will receive 83,225 TL for Tag Application Support. Adana Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry, Mehmet Nuri Kökçüoğlu, stated that the ministry is always by the side of breeders and will continue to be so, saying, "Out of the total support payment exceeding 3 billion 870 million TL, our breeders in our province will also receive a payment of 76.3 million TL.
