The 2024 harvest season opened in Sungurlu

In Sungurlu district of Çorum, the harvest season, where farmers will reap the rewards of their hard work and sweat, has begun in the barley fields located along the Akçalı road, affiliated with the district.

Combine harvesters started harvesting operations at the barley fields belonging to Gazi Dökmetepelioğlu as the first light of the morning broke. Barley, an indispensable value for the agriculture and livestock sector, also contributes significantly to the region's economic life. The initial harvest conducted in the fields owned by Gazi Dökmetepelioğlu is considered a positive sign for both local farmers and consumers.
